What customers say?

“ Some of the best grilled meat we’ve had in Tokyo! There was so much flavor in everything we tried: chicken, duck and pork. The pork fat was rendered beautifully and had a fantastic char. Would come back here again! Service was excellent, they were so kind and anticipated our needs before we even asked for water. Thank you so much ”

“ Very small cosy place in Ginza area, almost hidden, where most of the seats are at the counter at the second floor of a small building. We’ve been there a couple of times to have a drink. There is a ¥490 charge per seat at the entrance, but you get a small cold appetizer for any order... Excellent wine selection done by a connoisseur for sure. Food and drinks have an authentic taste here and don’t look like stuff for tourists craving French wine for the name. Will certainly go back for dinner. Watch your clothes though, sitting at the counter will make them probably smelly after you’ve been there. Slightly expensive but... you’re in Japan :-) ”

“ This place is excellent. Delish yakitori, mostly pork and sensational French wines. A must try is the foie gras. The pork is all exceptional. Great to try amazing wines I've never heard of and eat delicious food ”

“ It's been several years since I first began to feel that the atmosphere of Ginza had changed. I visited a restaurant that has remained unchanged. What I value most in a French restaurant is pâté en croute. I believe pâté en croute is the culmination of French culinary technique. The restaurant was also a finalist in the Japan final of the Pâté En Croute World Championship in 2025. I had no idea about the competition, but this makes sense. Today's pâté en croute featured a moon-shaped bear, deer, and boar, all with a spiky design reminiscent of boar's stiff hair. I brought my own wine this time. I was very grateful that I could bring wine with me for a corkage fee of ¥4,400 (tax included) per bottle. I enjoyed Laurent-Perrier La Cuvee with salmon and sea bream tartare, waiting for the aroma to unfold. When the pate en croute was served, they also poured a little of the red wine I had brought with me (although it had only been opened about 20 minutes ago). The garnet-colored wine stood out in the beautiful Burgundy-shaped glass. I had wanted to drink this wine with my pate en croute, so I was grateful for this thoughtful gesture. I also tried the restaurant's signature Yoshida pork tongue, heart, and shoulder loin, and they were all delicious as always. It was a satisfying meal in every way, and by the time I left, I had forgotten that it was a birthday celebration. ”

“ This hidden bistro for adults offers a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of Ginza. True to its playful concept of "What if the French opened a charcoal grill?", it beautifully combines bold charcoal grills with delicate French cuisine. The restaurant's exceptional value for money is particularly noteworthy. Even with a chef's selection course paired with a glass of wine, the price of just 12,000 yen per person is astonishing given its Ginza location. The wine list is of exceptional quality, with natural wines like Domaine Marc Tempeh available by the glass. The mellow flavor of the Pinot Gris Laimelsberg in particular enhances the savory umami of the charcoal-grilled Yoshida pork. The cozy counter-style space provides the perfect space for a casual conversation. Enjoy authentic cuisine and wine in a relaxed atmosphere, making this a truly worthy bistro in Ginza. ”

“ The atmosphere was nice and the food was delicious. I had the sea bream carpaccio topped with truffles, which had a wonderful aroma and was really good... The liver mousse and blueberry jam were amazing...I'd love to go again! ”

“ This is actually my fourth time here! It's convenient, so I often go here with friends who love alcohol and wine. Up on the second floor of the building, you'll see a striking pig as you open the door. This bistro lets you eat pork while watching it. The classic charcoal-grilled Yoshida pork is absolutely delicious! Recommended for when you want to eat and drink a lot! Today's menu: ・4-piece appetizer platter The liver pâté was rich and delicious. It paired perfectly with the blueberry jam. ・Charcoal-grilled Spanish mackerel ・200g charcoal-grilled Yoshida pork shoulder loin I would have preferred the bone-in portion, but by 6:30 PM, they were sold out. ・Delicious braised Yoshida pork cheek meat The meat was tender and delicious. It tasted like pot-au-feu. ・Camembert cheese skewers The honey and black pepper were the best. ・Shiitake mushroom skewers Delicious, needless to say. Started with draft beer, then a white wine, as the menu title suggests! We finished off with a Provence rosé They also had a wide selection of bottled wines The restaurant is small, but it's always lively and fun Today's dessert was Tarte Tatin, and I wanted to try it, but it was already sold out by the time the last food order was taken If you want to try it, it might be a good idea to order it ahead of time Food is served quickly, so if you want to enjoy your meal slowly, you can order more at a time instead of all at once! Thank you for the wonderful time Thank you for the meal! ”

“ A la carte and wine I came here hoping to enjoy pâté en croute and wine. A glass of bubbles, then a glass of white wine, then a bottle of red. It was a very satisfying evening with delicious food and wine. There's mostly counter seating, so reservations are a must. Recommended for wine lovers. ”
